Live Collaboration

Live Collaboration lets multiple users view or edit the same flow at the same time.

What You Can See

Feature	What it shows
Active Users	Users currently viewing or editing the flow.
Collaborator Cursors	Where another user's cursor is on the canvas.
Selection Boxes	Which nodes another user has selected.
View Only Badge	You can see changes but cannot edit.

Sharing a Flow

Click Share in the editor header to manage access.

Owners and admins can:

• View who has access.
• Invite users by username or email.
• Set permission level.
• Remove collaborators.

Viewers can open and follow the flow, but cannot change nodes, connections, or settings.

Permission Levels

Level	Can do
Owner	Full access, including sharing and ownership-level management.
Admin	Edit the flow, manage collaborators, and share with others.
Editor	Edit the flow and deploy if their role allows it.
Viewer	View the flow and live changes only.

Working Together

• Avoid editing the same node at the same time. The editor handles this but it can cause confusion.
• Use comments to explain complex branches.
• Validate after a group editing session.
